Yes but speaking from experience u usually only have to pay 10% of the bail $ so it would have only been $2,500 but he probably didn't know that so it was super sweet he was willing to pay that much!!!

@@CharliGill09 yes unfortunately I've been to jail a few times and one time I got really lucky and my boyfriend at the time paid it for me, my bail was $10,000 and he was able to bail me out with only $100 so we only had to pay 1% upfront so we got really lucky. But that was 6 years ago and I've been out of the system and off probation for a few years now :)
