This is hands down one of my favorites!
Use any kind of chicken you like. I used breast this time but I love using wings you just have to pick out the bones. Thighs and legs would be flavorful and easy to work with.

Today I used about 1 TB each of these seasonings for my chicken and added to the soup as I taste.
Soul seasoning
Its lit
Good luvin
Garlicky lemon pepper
Curry powder
Italian seasoning
Parsley
I added a lil sea salt and pepper because everything is either no salt or low sodium
Chicken broth
Better than bouillon
Onions
Green pepper
Carrots
Celery
Mixed vegetables
Potatoes
