    Wiring main LV terminal ke output mai jo Fuse holder lagaye hai usme fuse lagaye nahi hai to Rn mai Voltage nahi milega na...jab tak sabhi LV terminals main fuse dalkar Circuit complete (star) na ho tab tak pls suggest..

      that is the out put of transformer...
      if you provide fuse then LV will be shorted...

      it is the method for any mesurment, that we fixed one known point and in referance of that other mesurment may be done, so as we short R and r, the voltage between R & r is zero.

      no, it is not connected electrically in transformer.
      it is connected through magnetic fields.
