The people who learned to do it the hard way will have a sharper eye for detail than the auto generation. The Human Creativity vs Computer Skills. Even though it's become easier, it is still a difficult process, and as a newbie I run into many roadblocks so people who have experience can find extra work in being leaders or teachers. But honestly, if it's easier for everyone it's also easier for the experienced people.
You can think about it as if those apps just helps you with the routine part of your work, so you can spend more time polishing the final product - but you right, entire entertainment industry suffers from the fact how easy it is now to create and share your art; it's necessary nowadays to know how to promote yourself, do something to stand out.
Don't think that way mate. This iclone is like a partial AI software but in terms of creativity technology can't beat humans only in speed and efficiency will I say that iclone is good but imagine an artist created something that hasn't existed before?, What would you think about it. So the same way companies are demanding for AI, they are also demanding for human 3d artists like you and me. So our future ain't in jeopardy
iClone is very underrated, once of the easiest tools to pick, especially for character animation. However when it comes to final render, they still miss the special sauce other real time engines have such as unreal.
@@SkintSNIPER262 there is quit a few ways to improve them but I take them into ZBrush and substance painter and then into c4d. Bake the textures. I have seen it done well although I’m still working it out.
It's quite interesting and I'd like to give it a shot, but the licensing and pricing model is so confusing. I wish they could just let you play with the software beyond the usual trial period, and then charge for the export capabilities (which they seem to already do anyway). As it is, sinking 500+ USD on it without knowing if it will work for your workflow is kinda hard to do, and while a trial of 30 days sounds reasonable, it only really works out if I get the chance to work full time with it for that entire month, which isn't really realistic due to having a day job. Still, definitely something to pay more attention to!
Could not have said it better myself, I nearly bought then realised they have removed absolutely essential features into different packages, you can only buy what you need if your already a professional user.... very poor system also if they had a subscription model I'm sure most would pay up and give it a shot.

It depends on where you are. If you are in the first world contries, you need to pay a heck lot of money. If you are in the third world countries you can use this software for free.

I heard someone say that ReAllusion will nickle and dime you for everything. Like, you have to pay extra for some special plug-in to export to Unreal.

That is why I see it has a starter tool to take the assets into others to make look better.

You should mention that iClone CC3 etc only work well if you have an Nvidia graphics card. Otherwise the software is almost impossible to use.
What do you mean by “impossible to use” without an Nvidia card? CC3 works even with an integrated graphics card.

Because those are Rendered the same way as Movies rather than in Real Time.
Games = need to be rendered at 60+ frames per second. Cinematic = each FRAME takes hours, maybe DAYS to render.
There is more effort put in them then the actual game there for i like indie games u get what u just witness
