- Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell doesn’t believe the government will be able to deliver on its pledge to halve migration as part of this year’s federal budget.
“I don’t believe they’ll be able to do it,” Mr Clennnell said.
“They haven’t demonstrated they could so far.
“They had a target this year of 275; they are saying it’s going to be 395, and the figures out January and February indicated the figures were even higher than that level.”
Who else thinks that immigration is not controlled by our government but is ordered from outside Australia?
