- A Thousand Years of War - The Story of Alleria & Turalyon
By Robert Brooks
Part One: Two Bright Lights
Ranger-Captain Alleria Windrunner and High General Turalyon’s disappearance was not the end of their last war, but rather the beginning of a new and more terrible one.

Love these audio book type of videos. Especially the narrator. He's excellent
If you enjoy Steven's narration I highly recommend "The Blade Itself" and the rest of the trilogy on Audible. Great books, great narration.
Accents ruing audio books, just do not lmao
GIVE HIM A RAISE!!
Is this the real hellscream?
Krucial if you were to narrate an audio book i would leave everything and listen it . You have an amazing voice to listen
I love Steven Pacey. Such a good narrator.
He is
Is he like Kevin spacey's brother
Turalyon's night time "Holy radiance" part was quite hilarious. I laughed quite a bit.
Lol
Arator: "Mother! Father! I'm so glad you survived all this time!"
Alleria: "Arator, meet your brothers and sisters."
Absolutely fantastic. Such an amazing immersive story. This makes me so proud to play this game and be a part of this universe. For Azeroth!
Justin Martin You look very good ! 😁
best experiance i've ever had ..never thought that listening to an audio book could be this much entertaining
Google ''graphicaudio'' I've been buying books from them for years. Unlike having just 1 narrator like this warcraft audio book, GraphicAudio uses dozens of voice actors.
@@vsoundelend someone didn't actually listen to this one ... /facepalm
Alleria's voice acting in this is top notch 👌👌👌
Massively immersing. The music, sound effects and narration were nothing short of top-flight, and the story wonderfully nested itself atop the recent in-game events. I'm impressed.
Thank you so much for putting this on. Th is such a gift.
Geeze this is amazing... the Tomb of Sargeras series was really cool, really tense, gave us some insight of the inner workings of Khadgar and Gul'dans minds. This one, paired with the amazing voice acting, is different, and amazing still. The pain in Allerias voice at the end, the sencerity of Xe'ras.. I cant wait to hear the rest!
The narrator is insanely good, and the sound effects. These are amazing.
Just. ..
Wow...
The narration, the music, the story, all come together to make an amazing experience I didn't want to end.Even better than the last.
The music makes this 100x better. Amazing soundtrack choices.
I'd like to express great gratitude towards anyone who made this project possible. The story, the production, the narration. Flawless.
I'm a brand new Wow player (about 2 months) and I've just got myself through the Dark Portal into Outland. This really sets the atmosphere, great stuff.
These are so good, keep them coming blizz
Absolutely loved the first part! Going to listen to the rest!
This is so great. Listened to them all 3 times so far this is excellente !
Alleria's voice actor is excellent.
We really need some audio books like these more often. Maybe one day for well known books like stormrage and others with sfx in the background like how Star Wars do their audio books.
dungeonmaster16
The difference is in my opinion this is more of an audio drama than an audio book. Audio dramas focus more on voice actors and sound fx and were made to be acted out rather than read. If you would like to check out a really great audio drama I recommend the deep vault podcast. It is a little different as there is 0 naration but it's really great!
Awesome! Thank you for these!
Best move ever, Blizzard. Stephen Pacey is the reason I loved the First Law novels so very much. This man is an amazing storyteller.
We needed this so much. Sad it wasn't in-game, but a lot more detail can be elaborated upon in a form like this.
Yesss! I've been waiting for more of these!
"Eyes in the dark. One moon circling."
Just about every time I see something like that, I get that line in my head.
I love these. Hope there's more to come!
Dude, I had something planned tonight! Why would you do this Blizzard? WHY?!
Nox Dei i wanted to go to Oktoberfest today, but that can wait till next week
So?
I'm glad they kept doing these, it's nice since story telling is hard to do in an MMO.
I LOVE these!!! Thank you!!!
Steven Pacey is my favourite audiobook narrator, so that's a win right there
BLIZZARD THIS IS LITERALLY SO AMAZING MY HOPE IN YOU HAS BEEN REDEEMED KEEP DOING THIS
oof. this didn't age well.
I want MORE of this, please! Would pay for more stuff like this, Love it.
I loved the pre-launch Legion story in this format!!
I used to fall asleep to it.
Please, do more of these Blizz, they're amazing...
Ive been waiting for this for a long...long time.
AND YET HE WAS NOT TRULY THERE!!!
Lmao
So good, thanks for the content
The audio books blizz introduced are awsome, also great to know what happend to Turalyon and Alleria all this time! The lore keeps getting better and better.
Great work, keep it up, proud of you.

Blizz please do more like this. Absolutely awesome

This is awesome! Great way to publish lore.
wow wonderful, i had no idea there was so much detail to these stories in the lore o.o
This is awesome, keep it up
Was getting ready to play WoW and seen this, so I thought I'd check it out. I guess WoW will have to wait a bit now. From reading the books, these are two of my favorite characters. This is an amazing story. Can't wait to listen to the next part.
This is awesome!
Awesome!
Man, the ambiance and music really make this.
just subbed, waiting for more audio books like this
I love these !!
When u think its a cinematic and end up spending 3 hours listening to the entire thing smh
Don't act like you weren't pleasantly surprised. ;)
Yea that is precisely what happened to me haha
But its only 36 mins long. I wish it was 3 hours
вєиנαмιи ѕнαяιfι theres 3 more
Awsome start, I can't wait for the next
i LOVE these oh my god i think i listened to the last audiobook like 3 separate times!
YOU ARE NOT PREPARED
*This was awesome as was the narrator!*
Would pay for more of these.
I wish Turalyon had this voice in game.
Love these audio dramas!
dam i need money i whant all books... such a decent narration of combat and beautifull description of the places. love it tnks bliz
Whoever this narrator is he's doing a fantastic job.
18:05 LOL! God I love her.
Would love subtitles for these. So happy they made more though
Thx for this Blizz, these are great. I liked the Gul'dan one the most, but I have a warlock bias what can I say ;)
these vids are sooo good
as an audiobook fanatic these stories make everything better imo
Bruh. I need more of these in my life
So pumped to listen to this.
Thanks blizz
Need more of this
YES!! As soon as the music kicks in you know what this is!
Yo my hamster and I are listening to this right now lol my hamster loves WoW
This is why we need Warcraft 4. All this lore could have been in an RTS building up to the end of the Legion in WoW.
No because then you'd be forcing people to play a boring rts to experience the law
Lol, *lore
Every game style has its own share of players, including my favourite warcraft RTS, its just because Blizz decided to keep only one RTS, namely Starcraft, hence spelling the hiatus (or even the end) of Warcraft RTS. Either way, the intriguing lore of Warcraft will will never deter players from any form of gameplay Blizz decides.
these are my favorite :) its like story time
More of this!!
Amazing!
Love this narrator.
Really good!
Listening to this while leveling in Outland; Feelsgoodman
In case anyone's confused this takes place immediately after the book adaptation of Beyond the Dark Portal
Now I know what to listen to tonight!
I really like these audio books:)
the sound track is louder than the reader
Xera was louder than Alleria for me
AWESOME
Thought this would be boring or cringe...it was Epic! Make more!
Thank you Blizzard.. for everything
A hundred years have passed and the Fire Nation is nearing victory in the War.
*OH WAIT WRONG FRANCHISE*
Zafer Korkmaz WoW is superior
Zafer Korkmaz Fire Nation in WoW = Dark Irons. Or Burning Legion, I guess.
Warcraft doesn't have a fire nation equivalent.
Uh the Firelands and all it's fire druids duh
HAHAHAHA
I love these so much. Blizzard if you make audio books like this I would buy all of them
this is a FULL AUDIO BOOK OMG SOMEONE GRAB NOBEL
jonah hammond lol I thought the same
This made my day, haha
He knows
"Nobbel87"
Break glass in case of Lore
bellular has content for a whole month
more please!
This is what i needed in my down time on wow ;)
Hype level 9k!!! Do more of these, please!!! *O*
omg a whole new thing just like the kil'jaeden one, cant wait lol
wait, what Kil'jaeden one? I only know of the Gul'Dan one during the pre-patch
With a full cast, this time. Excellent.
oh my god i love you blizzz and steven pacey!
When the demon says "Fate spins around you" did it sound like it was cho'gall talking to anyone else?
