Ok i might sound like the biggest nerd here but...
heres a reason on why you might have crashed
so first on the corner's entry stage you go off track a little bit and lose control of the car slightly but when you get oversteer (when the front tires have more grip than the rear) you overcorrect it and thus it sends you flying into a wall (I think)
