I really appreciate the candor of the dialogue in this video. It would be great to save it all, but realities and time will set the parameters. Thanks so much for addressing the issues of this great city!
Buffalo holds a great mystery for those who can read between the lines and understand symbolism and the occult. The mosaic floor of the Ellicott Square building is a huge indicator as well as the Freemason symbols and signature on alot of architecture. All these places point to the OLV BASILICA built by Father Nelson Baker. That is the true gem of the mystery !
@@Scp716creativecommons I haven't but I'm going to look right now so thank you very much. If your in the area and ever want to go exploring I could use some adult company haha my kids don't understand haha
I love my city thank you for all the compliments but here’s an uneducated feeling of what your talking about the only thing that’s ever hindered this city was greed to a great possibility in the end like you said we can kick Toronto’s tires. Great video let’s make Buffalo amazing again lol Thank you
Self professed "urbanists" either the armchair variety or from academic credentials are being rendered incorrect since the pandemic started in 2019 when it comes to the desirability of large urban spaces. In regards to high buildings being built on the waterfronts, this recent tragedy in Surfside, FL where a high rise collapses on the waterfront will make people think before they take up residence in one of them. Gentrification of waterfronts is a good thing as seen in a few river cities along the Hudson River. But most urbanists overlook these places because they aren't what we normally think of cities because of their small size and population.
I love his candor and common sense. He is well informed and interesting. So glad I watched again.
