I don’t work at Krispy Kreme but I do work at Sonic and being a cashier is not that bad don’t worry about it you’ll get the hang of it. And if you don’t just let customers know you’re new and they’ll usually go easier on you!

So how do your donuts come? Do empty rings/shells get delivered in the morning, and you guys frost/fill them? Or are they already made, or do you guys bake them or fry them in house?
every single donut we make. we make the dough and they cook in the machine. literally NOTHING is premade from the donuts, to the icing, to the fillings. the only thing premade is the lemon, raspberry, & custard fillings.

@@lieny they didn’t say much about why I didn’t get it they just said that they loved speaking with me but I wouldn’t be progressing into the second interview stage. The interview itself was rlly chill and I enjoyed it, felt confident leaving it i suppose there were just a lot of applicants so a lot of competition
I work at Krispy Kreme too haha, and the amount of videos I have of just me icing donuts is way too many lmao. I record myself doing it too much. Although it's weird seeing how people ice donuts differently, I was never taught the shake it like you.

my first day was so ass, they made me work 7 and a half hours, i don’t know my pay or my schedule, they didn’t train me and instead had someone to walk me through a few things which i still had concerns abt, i barely knew how to work the register bc tht mf is confusing af, most of the time i stood doing nothing bc i didn’t know what to do n nobody was rly saying anything to me, the other employees were lowk unprofessional, n overall i did not enjoy my experience on my first day
i would definitely talk to your manager if u still dont know ur pay, that should have been brought up during the interview! ask for proper training, ask questions, & assert yourself that youre willing to learn!

I really want to work there but there's lifting involved and I'm pretty weak. I can lift until 30-35 pounds. So I just want to ask, do you have to carry things that weigh 50 pounds or more? If I get hired, I'd probably be put at processing or retail according to the hiring manager. Your reply would be much appreciated.

that depends on your store, you should know what you're getting paid when they tell you that you're hired. hours depends on your availability.
I also work at Krispy Kreme and have done for a few years. Absolutely love it and so fun!!

How do you guys make your ice coffee’s and what do you use???
the coffee grounds come in a silver package labeled Krispy Kreme. We have big coffee machines, one for regular and one for decaf. We just brew as normal. For iced it was just adding ice to the coffee :)
I worked at krispy kreme for about a month. I quit because the manager was such an asshole. I kinda miss working there. I really liked how we could eat as much donuts as we wanted there too. Lol
they were mad good🤣 i would be making them and then when i was done dip a fresh one in the icing oooo🥰😭
@@CECE-sm1xy right and then on lunch break I use to tear them donuts up! Lol I liked all of the donuts, except for those lemon custard filled ones; Didn’t really care too much for those. And I couldn’t make all of those drinks right. If I would’ve stayed there longer, more than likely I would’ve made progress. But oh well . But it was a pretty easy job I guess. It’s a shame how many donuts were thrown away there.

you'll just learn all the donuts and the names, greeting customers and taking their orders, probably grabbing donuts from the belt and putting them on trays for the decorator. Then, eventually you'll learn drive thru if you have one, decorating & everyone washes dishes if you don't have a washer

@@Honeyby1997 i went in person and luckily the hitting manager was there bc she usually works in the mornings. i basically asked how could i apply for a job and she had me to scan a QR code tht let me fill out a quick application & then she scheduled an appointment for me to do my interview the very next day with one of the managers

it was fun yeah , but ours wasnt in the back bc of health risks. it was still on the floor and we still helped customers if it was crazy or short staffed!

glaze goes on every donut. its sugar, hot water, and kreme or something of the sort. production does it , i never worked in production.
