This 73 sunnseeker is a great vessel! I'm looking to purchase in several years just waiting on several investments to become solid before I take that step and the 70 to 80 foot range is the real sweet spot under 100feet in my opinion. I have my eye on the sunseeker 76 fly, the princess y78, the azimut 72fly, the ferritti 780 fly, the absolute 72fly and I love the new sunseeker 68 fly. There is one sports cruiser I like the princess s78 I like the tender garage and hydrolic platform for 2 jet ski's without having to store one on the footbridge. But there range is not the best. I want to captain myself I've been around boats my whole life under 50 feet but I will employ a captain for 1 year just to give me the experience I need in these larger vessels! And im confident my wife and 2 sons 12 and 14 will be able to run it without crew. I really want as much range as I can get I'm in Australia and the top half of the country is loaded with amazing destinations but the top half is thousands of nortical miles of coast to visit so range will play a big part in my purchase! I appreciate the quality information marine max offers in your videos. That's my other issue buying brand new verses used! I'm not keen on the big loss of value buying brand new and I am planning to buy used but no more than 1 to 2 years old to have warranty for several years! I'm 44 years old and the vessel I do end up buying will last the rest of my life. I won't be upgrading so the purchase has to be the smart option! My 2 questions are 1. Can you buy second hand 1 to 2 years of age and have a solid boat that is going to stand the test of time with very low hours on engines or would you recommend brand new for a long term investment? And 2. Can I buy from marine max and have it shipped to Queensland? I fully understand the running costs and maintenance for such vessels so that is the appeal to buy new but a vessel 1 to 2 year's old with low hours should be just as solid as new. Also out of the boats I've listed do you recommend any above the rest? I've heard princess and ferritti build at a very high standard do you have a standout builder? Any information I'd much appreciate and thanks for your time! Happy sailing all!!
