Love it. This Nigerian National Athem is unifying and encouraging to a better future. People often don't know there are different tribes within European countries, France has 77 vernacular languages in addition to French, in Germany, there 5 different languages in addition to German, in Netherlands in addition to Dutch, there 7 vernacular languages, 5 of which are official. Do Nigeria like most countries in the world is not homogeneous, like successful countries in the world we should capitalise on our diversity and enriches ourselves in the wealth of cultures that makes us unique and at the fore front of global cultural excellence - Afro Music, Nollywoods and Cullinary - Egusi Trends and Guiness World Records.
Together, Africa will rule and prosper. ❤

This anthem have more meaning than the other, y won’t we have problems as a nation proclaiming meaninglessly all these while.
Now it’s time we declare good things for this country Nigeria and the president did right in this one.

I grew up with this national Anthem and I love it. It gives us a great sense of BELONG, pride and emotional feeling of our dear great Nation in which we all BELONGS. ❤ It gives hope. I give cudos to Mr. President for this. If he continuer this way, then there would be hope for Nigeria. It takes a courage for a man to be a great Leader. There are lots more for him to be done though. The Nigerian Constitution imposed by the Military. The amendement of this Constitution is very necessary, and that alone will make things well. The reconsiliation of the DAMAGE done to the Eastern Region by the Government of Nigeria during the civil war in Nigeria will make a great impact. It only need good courage to leave a legacy. ❤❤

    Standardised Anthem
    Stanza 1
    Nigeria, we hail thee
    Our own dear native land
Though tribes and tongues may differ
    In brotherhood, we stand
Nigerians all, are proud to serve
    Our sovereign Motherland.
    Stanza 2
Our flag shall be a symbol
    That truth and justice reign
    In peace or battle, honour’d,
And this we count as gain,
To hand on to our children
    A banner without stain.
    Stanza 3
    O God of all creation
    Grant this our one request.
Help us to build a nation
    Where no man is oppressed
And so with peace and plenty
    Nigeria may be blessed.

It’s a great National Anthem but we really don’t need it at the moment, they should have composed the new National Anthem, rather than go back to what the British Colonial master handed over to us at the Independence Day, we need buoyant economy and monumental developments
