you are right onion is actually a multitalented ingredient and i always use to prefer onion juice for my hair care routine but due to my job i am not able to give time for my hair care so i switched to little extra coco onion hair fall kit which included oil,shampoo and conditioner. this hair care range with onion don't take time and well nourish my hair. my hair has less frizz and more shine now

Procedure:
1. Grind the chopped onion and make a fine paste of it.
2. Strain the onion water from the paste.
3. Apply this onion water in the hair roots using a cotton ball.
4. Wash the hairs using shampoo after 2 hours
Note: if u can tolerate the smell of onion then apply water in hair roots and leave it overnight. Wash the hairs next morning, the longer it stays in the scalp, the more beneficial it would be.

Hair fall occurs due to dirt, and when bacteria occurs in the scapl, Since onion has antibacterial properties it helps prevent the bacterial growth and hence reduce the hair fall.
HAIR FALL does not mean if Ur hairs just falls, hair fall is basically called when Ur hairs do fall a lot but do not regrow, leading to baldness. Hi sis. Yes, it really worked for me. I applied on oily hair and washed hair also. I kept for 1.5 to 2 hrs. I washed with shampoo (any shampoo). U have to use it regularly atleast once a week. I have oily scalp and heavy dandruff (flakes with round shape extract with my hair, resulting in hair loss), always itching scalp, my extreme hair loss causes pain in my hair root.
Things worked for me.
1. Traya ketoconazol shampoo(every 4-5 day)
2. On 3rd day (that is 2 day after shampoo day) I always use some natural hair mask like (pudina leaves hair mask, fenugreek, mehndi,....) And i wash my hair with natural (awla, reetha, shikakai, home made shampoo) or sometimes with mild shampoo.
3 . Best work for me is pudina leaves hair mask with lemon.
4. Only use oil on shampoo day (2-3 hours before shampooing)
5. Morning empty stomach lukewarm water, daily 4-5 ltr water.
6. (Neem, curry, aprajita,)- leaves I eat after yoga.
7. I use cap when I go outside.
{pumpkin ,cucumber, tomato,kismis baadam, moong, akhrot, kadagi, carrot, beetroot, banana, pomegranate, oats, kaju, chhoaara
Papaya, watermelon,
Potato, egg , citrus juice & coconut water, lemon in rice} - 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙛𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙛𝙧𝙪𝙞𝙩𝙨, 𝙫𝙚𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙙. 𝙄 𝙛𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙙 50-60% of these food items.
Conclusion- point 1,3,2,4 work best for me.

Apart from applying onion juice over the scalp or the bald areas it's also very important is to follow these:-
1) Have more & more Vitamix c in form of orange, lemon & kiwi fruit.
2) Apart this 7 to 8 hours of enough sleep
3) Including fishes like sardine, mackerel & salmon atleast 3 times a week. Also have nuts such as almonds, walnuts or peanuts in moderation.
4) Exercise atleast 30 minutes everyday or a brisk walk for 25 minutes three times a week.
5) Use herbal shampoo once or twice a week followed by a cool rinse. This is enough for hair regrowth or to have hair in good condition.

See guys ... I'll make one thing very clear... If incase your father or any relatives with blood relation have bald head , then this method may or may not work. This method will help people who loose hair due to food habits, stress or any other factors . And for washing hair use soap nuts because it's very mild in Nature don't use shampoos because sulphate present in shampoos is also a reason for hair fall . .. the way she has presented is excellent !

So guys here's the thing it worked for me as I tried this during the lockdown a few months prior and from what I can conclude is that you may keep this onion juice on hair for about 2 Hours which is more than enough and wash it off either with just water or a mild shampoo. Do this daily (thats what I do) and you will see in maybe 2.5 to 3 weeks time baby hairs sprouting and believe me they get thicker too and so does your longer hair! But you gotta do it daily and by daily I mean every single day atleast for 1 month if you have mild hairfall and 3-4 months if you have medium to heavy hairfall. I have good hair naturally but began seeing mild hairfall a few months back hence resorted to this method and it does work 100% because I'm back to having great hair. Let me know if this works for you too.
