- Hello everyone and welcome back to The Beatles Forever. Today we are ending the series on Peter Brown's book The Love You Make. Near the end of the book he talks about each Beatle and lets everyone know what they were up to by the books publishing which was the year 1983.
Today it is John's turn let us see what went on with John during that time. - Hudba
I love John in all of his complexities.Great video!
Absolutely fantastic have a wonderful day also my favorite year is 2010 2011 2014 also 2016 to be honest ❤😊
I’ve seen articles at the end of John’s life where they were talking about getting back together and doing an album or something. It’s too bad all this had to happen to him the way it ended.
You would have seen all 4 Beatles, including wives, significant others, and all kids at Ritchie and Barbara's wedding in 1981. With the clear understanding that if you don't have anything nice, polite to say- stay home. 3 out of 4 showed up. Ex's and the kids were also welcome under same understanding.
John was terrified before MSG. He was sick and thought no one still wanted to see him.
Certainly John moved to NYC as Yoko's enthusiastic love for the 'center of the Art world.' Imagine another artist NOT following up a #1 single to change diapers instead. John lived, period. Beautiful video, Miss.
Thank you so much i appreciate it.
Thank you so much , You have such a gentle voice I could listen all day , these videos are a must for me , great info and very well put together
Thank you for your kind comments. I am glad you like the videos!
The best Beatles information channel on CZcams!
Wow, thanks!
Great album Somewhere In New York City.
He should never have left this country
That crazed maniac probably would have searched lennon out wherever he was? He was on a mission to kill Lennon. Definitely would have been harder to do in England with Lennon at his mansion, and gun laws there, but he might have still got him the way Lennon ran around with no security.
True but a combination of corrupt policemen and sleazy journos drove him out.
Well to damn late!
I think you are right. George Harrison got attacked by that deranged guy and he was in England.
@@thebeatlesforever Theirs deranged people everywhere and people conveniently forget why John and Yoko left England. By the way you have a lovely voice.
4:57 John looks just like Julian at the same age
Mind Games wasn't a bad album. Sometime in New York City was dire though.
❤ 💐🎵🌎
John was in love and Yoko was manipulative. The perfect couple. Yoko s talent never lived up to her image of herself.
Like most Geniuses, John didn’t always understand the small picture. MDC looks and behaves exactly like a Manchurian candidate. Personally someday we’ll know. Double Fantasy was just a warm up.
First!!!
Which book are you going to do next?? How about The Beatles Anthology Book????📕
I think you have a good suggestion. I have two requests ahead of you, but after that I will do the Anthology book.
Yoko Ono was a "worthy conversationalist"? I can't recall 1 thing she's ever said that was even mildly interesting. It's generally platitudes or monosyllabic agreement with whatever John's rap d'jour was.
A sad, interesting story. I think the Beatle members just grew out of being Beatles. Time to move on.
4 days after my birthday. WORST BIRTHDAY AND YEAR EVER.
That would have been hard to handle. Sorry it happened so close to your birthday.
@@thebeatlesforever I cried and cried and cried. I couldn't listen to them or John for a whole year.
@@DawnSuttonfabfour I remembered when it broke across the tv and I was shocked. It was so sad.
The picture of Lennon with Nixon is not real. That never happened; they never met. Nor would Nixon have gotten anywhere near that album cover much less hold it up for a photo op. Man what a heinous distortion of history.
I should have released that was a fake. Sorry about that.
Wooah. The photo at 3:35 is total fake. That never happened
Who does emma Grayshun think she IS denying John Lennon Citizenry, .......?😂
Sam was around way before John died.
Yes you are right about that.
John was never right wing!
I heard he was turning further right going into the 80's, and was even a Regan fan.
I think supporting a murderer and even a terrorist as someone who's a part of the Black panther movement I cannot blame the Nixon government for going after John I have to support the Nixon administration for that alone all I ever hear about Angela Davis is that she's a civil rights advocate but I'm sorry a murderer is not a civil rights advocate someone a part of the Black panther movement it's not a civil rights advocate their terrorists so I have to agree with the Nixon administration and ask John what did he expect
Cool
Don't let the mere fact that she was found not guilty by an all white jury get in the way of your argument.
..yoko was a worthy conversationalist, ..lol 🚽🚮
Part RW activist? Explain yourselves.
John himself said he also left England to exit English racism.
That's what people don't know about or ignore it. John left England for a reason and not only because of racism but that was a big reason.
Lennon was definitely too leftfield for conventional comfort.
