What a f***ing album!!! Its beautiful. I read a comment the other that said Pearl Jam doesn't make good music. Anymore! I don't know what that particular music that person considered good music, Idk how you can create a argument that Gigaton is not a good album!! Its not radio friendly like in terms of pop songs but it flows well its creative and recorded fantastically!!! Matt Cameron's drums on clairvoyant is literally out of this world!!! Thanks PJ for a beautiful long awaited nee album!!
This song made me tear up more than I'd like to admit. It's hard to enjoy this album at times without falling into a state of deep reflection.

No sane person is ever going to be nostalgic for Spring/Summer 2020. But between the mighty John Oliver giving weekly reports to remind us our dissent was called for and perhaps maybe even expected, and Pearl Jam, Deftones and The Strokes all releasing EXCELLENT records that, while recorded before Covid, somehow made me feel, again, like it was justified to ask, need and scream for more than our elected officials were giving us.
We were united because of a tragedy, and instead of denying the problems around us, we were brave enough to acknowledge them and start voting to change, starting with "Sitting Bullshit" that same year.
Love you PJ. Bought TEN on cassette in 1992 and, while I've had my criticisms here and there, I think Gigaton is a criminally underrated and underappreciated record.

Thinking it’s really “can’t hide the lines in the rings of a tree.” I could be entirely wrong but this is clearest Eddie has ever sounded and to me, it’s lines not lies

Unbelievably good album...Not that Pearl Jam has ever released a mediocre album, but this is exceptionally good...Pushing the envelope and succeeding... Well done to them them. It's nice to hear rock music evolving in the right direction....
