Kazuya doesn't hate Jin really he just wants to extract his Devil gene to become whole again with his power, but Devil does and he doesn't want no competition at all and he despises his human counterparts family. Jin hates Kazuya he believes that he wanted him to suffer in torment from the devil gene and wants to suffer as a whole, in which Kazuya in the canon is a complicated case especially after the events of 4 which he switches goals continuously and even cast out his own father Heihachi for going after Jin and he knows it's a war between him and Heihachi alone. For some reason he knows that his son Jin is gonna go after him eventually, but he doesn't shows no signs of killing him. Maybe he has very big plan in store mainly to draw out the Hachijos and other threats together.
