Wonderful! Yes, the media and uninformed people say the 737 Max is poorly designed, unstable, a “death trap.” But pilots, the professionals who actually operate the aircraft, say that it is wonderful! So I believe the professional pilots.
It’s been designed in 1960’s and been flying since 1967. Boeing has some examples of modern aircraft designs, like 787, but 737 is still in production and airlines are still ordering them when an Airbus A320 is available which was designed 20 years later.

Would you be able to manually trim if you had to turn off MCAS? What I mean is you cannot rotate it as quick as it does automatically?

I couldn’t fly the 737 because that trim wheel would drive me crazy. All of that unnecessary noise.
