Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Just keeps buffing SSB & SSBE with these new super souls they keep adding, this time it is the Ultra Instinct Sign Goku Super Soul from DLC 14 as it's 50% health buff gives a BIG 30% Stamina recovery boost which is the same as just being in SSB so now if you stack that with the blue forms!

Ive been using Meteor Strike since the beginning of time. You can land a fully charge a power impact off of it. From there it's gamma blaster into super Kamehameha or Eligent blaster.

They nerf the crap out of things that were already bad while things that were already broken beyond belief get like 12 buffs every update, that one buff Hit got back in like Ultra Pack 4 still lives in my head as a lasting reminder that these devs couldn't give a single shit about balance if they were getting payed to... oh right, they are.

@@blackwarrior1897 Long story short Hit is the only character in the entire game that has his basic combo strings function differently when the enemy is stamina broken, being that the 2nd to last hit of his light combo and the final hit of his heavy combo would launch them instead of the heavy stun they normally do, he had been that way since launch and you could clearly tell it was an obvious attempt at trying to balance him. Then Uub and 21 came out and they said "FCK IT, BALANCE IS FOR NERDS!" and removed that gimmick from his light combo so that it functions like normal in breaks now and tried (poorly) to pass it off that the whole deal with his stun becomes launch gimmick was a glitch, while still leaving it there on his heavy finisher?
@jonolivier9126 oh I remember those combos. It means we would sometimes screw up the stamina breaks. But yea they made him even more reliable and tried to play it off. Lol. I never played with Uub or 21 so I don't know their combo strings.
Wish they would lessen the Stamina drain of Kaioken like they did with Blue and Evolution ki drain
I mean they have the super soul "I've been saving this,Kaioken!" like they did with "Our two strengths aren't just added together" for when blue and evolution had a ridiculous ki drainage.

@@InsightReasoning Beast I actually had to run orange Piccolo ss just to mitigate the ridiculous amount of damage. But true enough I understand what you're getting at, Kaioken doesn't see much practical usage on CACs due to the high risk semi reward aspect and having to sacrifice a ss to keep it somewhat viable is pretty obnoxious.
This soul with Nameks is cracked. When they're below 25%hp they regen health. With that, combined with this Omenku soul, its basically impossible for someone to finish you off, because you can divide the incoming damage load between your auto regenerating health, and your quickly recovering stamina.
Bro imagine you combine this with the near infinite stamina you get from kioken.... You just have infinite vanishes
Not to mention they have natural 20% faster stamina regen, so that plus the super soul means 35% stamina regen, 5% less than blue evolution
Combine it with so or die and potential unleashed and their practically invincible
@@Ren6D9 no, Namekians have default stamina regen. The character selection screen description where it says they get faster stamina recovery is just carried over from Xenoverse 1.
The character selection screen also lies and says that Male Majins have slower stamina recovery speed, and that Female Saiyans have faster ki and stamina recovery speed. They don't. All of these stats are at the default 1.0. This is just carried over text from Xenoverse 1.
It also says Female Saiyans "can use Z assists more frequently". Z assists were a Xenoverse 1 feature where your mentor would appear as a ghost behind you when you do their ultimate, and it would deal more damage. However this feature doesn't exist in Xenoverse 2.
What a letdown as a namekian main myself, Saiyans really get everything
The Zarbon SS has an XL stamina boost all the time and also has a 5% damage boost
The description says stamina boost but it is actually a ki recovery rate boost.

It would be very fun to use (abuse), but It would definitely be broken, especially on SSB and SSBE Male Saiyans.

Stamina recovery speed boosts all have double the normal labelling % rates. Meaning, L is normally 15%, but for stamina recovery rate boost it is 30% as seen on omenku soul. S is normally 5%, but on base gogeta's soul we can see that its actually 10%. On DBZ Broly's soul its XL LESS stamina recovered, XL normally being 20%, but in reality its 40% less stamina recovery. _(what a terrible soul btw...)_
ALWAYS having +40% stamina recovery, as well as an armor burst, as well as when you awaken you get 5% increases to attack, defence, ki recovery, stamina recovery, and speed? That would unironically be the most broken soul in the game. Stronger than Hmmm hmmm hmm, Whis Soul, or Toppo soul.

@@sun332s7 that's the one. It says it gives XL stamina recovery speed, but its actually ki recovery speed. We're discussing why we're glad it's actually ki recovery speed or it would be broken.

Damn, no one would believe i didn't copy steed's moveset lol I've been using meteor strike, burst kamehameha, and savage strike for years now. And I wasn't even using them because they're op, I just like how they look mostly. Burst Kamehameha has the feeling of Big bang kamehameha without the stupid draw back. (God I miss those few weeks where BBK was an auto blast instead of a charge move, it was so freakin cool)

You want a faster regen u need fighting pose J it buffs stamina recovery and I tested with my friend watching my vegito had 5 bars of stamina ahead of me as I had 0 and I caught up to him and reached the max of like 7.7 bars from fighting pose j on the ground

I know this is extremely off topic for the video but it just clocked to me that if Custom Jiren had Fierce Fist, it would fit him. *Feel free to read this if you want.*
In a visual sense, it also makes sense for how the way he attacks in the anime and the orange color of it fits as well.
In a functionality standpoint, Fierce Fist has great tracking therefore he has a lot of combos that work for it and Custom Jiren already has a preset that allows him to have one of the highest strike damages in the game and combining that with already high basic attack and Super Souls, he would be more cracked than he already is.
Again, I know this has nothing to do witb the topic of the video, just writing out my thoughts lol.

I went into training mode with UI sign Goku and it doesn’t appear to actually give an increased ki gain so it’s only useful for stamina recovery :(
