Welcome back! Hope you’re enjoying the warmer weather if you’re in the northern hemisphere. Domestic first class and economy is nothing like the Middle East or Asian Airlines. Its disappointing. We’re just viewed as a commodity.
Why dose the economy class service seam like a low cost carrier? No TV and No Hot food. And also that’s a very disappointing burger especially for first class. I would have not been happy. But I guess that’s how things are in the US airlines
With catering so unappealing, you’d expect the company to do more to make their onboard meals better. It is the one thing I’ve seen more than all the products and services, so working in some kind of fix would be a great way to gain more kudos and less negativity.
Besides UA another 2-4-2 business class operator is Cathay Pacific Partner British Airways on non-Club world suites aeroplanes. On these domestic flights some cases you might be asked by the crew to go inside the cockpit.
I don’t know much about US commercial airlines but You should try Turkish airlines for international flights It’s amazing business class they have a chef on board 😂
Is there a good seat? A lot of people say 4A or 4L because it has the most privacy. But you’re so close to the galley and restrooms, so wouldn’t that be bothersome? 1A and 1L our constant banging of dishes the entire flight.

Well this is a domestic flight, and is better than most flights of the same length in other parts of the world (Europe especially)

Sure they do. I fly US First Class frequently.
It’s domestic and short distance international only. Every plane but the RJ-45 has a first class cabin.
