BEST *EVER* CHOCOLATE DRINK | COLD COCO RECIPE

- If you’ve been following me for a while, by now you must be sure about how much I LOVE my hot chocolate!
In summers however, it’s this cold coco that I can never have enough of!
Make yours at home & you’d know why!
Ingredients:
1 + 1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp dark chocolate

Skip the ice
Skip the flour
Skip the chocolate
Don't boil anything
Just take cocoa powder (nicely heaped teaspoon)
Mix it with sugar (3 regular teaspoons) in a cup
Now add just a drop of whole milk
Mix
Another little splash (a teaspoon or less)
Mix
Repeat until it mix nicely into liquidy paste
Fill up with cold milk
Congratulations you made the best cold cocoa drink there is that also happens to take a minute or less
(If you get unmixed dry cocoa bits it's because you added milk too fast or too much at a time)

I tried this recipe but I would like to give a tip, don’t add to much ice I added around 4 ice cubes and unfortunately my cold cocoa just tasted like milk with water. I tried it without the ice cubes and it was soo good but because off my silly mistake I messed up the whole thing ❤

Most cocoa powders have corn flour or some sort of thickening agent in them. So do be careful when adding cornstarch to the mixture beforehand. Only add the slurry if you want more thickness after the mixture has been prepared

No cooling is required because ice is used for cooling down this drink.
Keep it in the refrigerator for 5-7 hrs and then serve it. That's how we make it it's a surati drink

It was delicious. I put chocolate powder instead of cocoa. It made the mix too thick but it balanced with the ice.
I advice letting it cool completely before adding the ice, otherwise you get a warm chocolate like I did 😅 still good
