      Whoaaaaa you're right... Maybe he could see the laughter inside of him that has been hidden away and that is why his painting came out more of an "expressionist" style of painting. That is a cool detail Thank you for pointing it out.

    So glad that you put yourself in the shoes of the father when he walked away after seeing Ishaan reading the notice. Almost every reactor were shiting on the dad. We have to understand that, albeit cruel, the dad was never intentionally abusive. It all came from a place of ignorance about learning disabilities. Him walking away instead of approaching ishaan perfectly captures his first step to redemption- guilt

    • @ChaatNChat
      @ChaatNChat  Před 3 měsíci +159

      That is how we felt. I think both Miguel and I understood that it was the turmoil inside him that he has to deal with and understand. I never thought of him as a bad guy but rather a guy that thought he was doing what was best. Realizing his mistakes he needed time to cope with it. Or at least that's what we assumed.

    • @shantanukarandikar2568
      @shantanukarandikar2568 Před 3 měsíci +23

      I think it also came from a place of worry. The dad was scared for his son because he knew the world wouldn’t be kind to him when he grew up.

    This movie always make me cry .....i have watched it so many time but it still make me cry. The time this movie was made no one really know about dyslexia and treat it more like disability. Amir khan always choose such topic for movie to educate audience. In India the compitition is so high in education that sometimes its difficult for parents to understand and accept that their child need extra attention and care to cope up with other and they simply don't accept it which is clearly shown in this movie. Really loved that you choose it to react. ❤❤

    Few fun facts : Amir Khan co directed this film for the first time
    Also, he learnt painting just so that the brush strokes he makes should look like that of a professional artist.
    He is called "Mr Perfectionist" or Indian Christian Bale.
    For the movie Dangal, he gained 35 kgs of weight and also worked on 8 pack abs just for a 3second scene.. In my opinion he is far more superior and versatile than SRK... Just that he does not know how to market himself, and often says some blunt stuff without thinking much in his interviews..... Have a good watching of all Amir Khan's movies...And SRK 's Swades film is top notch

I still remember, I was in 3rd grade or 4th grade, and one fine day everyone of us were taken to a nearby theatre to view the film. I grew up in a boarding school as well. During one weekend visit my dad got busy with meeting so mom and me went outside to walk around and we ended up watching this movie in a small theater in shimla. WHEN I TELL U I CRIED...... I WAS SOBBING IN THE THEATER. My poor mom did not even know how to console me so we just went out midway and she took me for ice cream. Till then i thought my parents didnt want me thats why i am here but that day started to build my relationship with my mom. I am 27 years old now and she is my best friend. This movie helped bridge that gap. Seeing Miguel cry is making me cry again so wanted to write all this to feel lighter. Awesome reaction guys. Thank you ❤

    Taare Zameen Par was directed by Amol Gupte, who is an accomplished artist and I guess he also has someone in family (maybe son) who is having some deficiency. He didn't complete the film owing to creative differences with producer/actor Aamir Khan during the making. I know it is very underrated but this child actor acted briliantly in another movie 'Bumm Bumm Bole' (2010).
    Very few people may recommend it but you will 100% enjoy , please check out.

    I have watched this movie so many times but now understood it through an American perspective. Son who went to schools and a father how they think. Perfect video for me to learn how I'm going to teach my kids🥲👍

    If I ever get a chance to meet Aamir khan , will thank him for this movie .. this has potential to change lives of young minds who r dealing with so much social pressure despite of dealing with their situation like dyslexia .. this movie is such a well made movie ..

      Thank you for watching along with us ☺️ Miguel is so thankful for the support. He really is very in touch with his emotions and feeling comfortable enough to be that open on camera takes a really innocent soul. Thank you for the kind words and I will pass them on to Miguel. ❤️😊

      @@ChaatNChat that's how all humans should be. The society has made so many stereotypes that men cannot cry, men should be this and women should be that, it is ridiculous... Really glad to see that Miguel expresses his emotions fully. You also express yours but sometimes try to suppress it. We as humans should allow our emotions to flow and not hide them...

    I love it when you speak in Hindi and try and connect with your audiences ...... Your father is so observant and so humble....His vibes are admirable.... I truly appreciate the deeper insight you've shown towards this concept...it does need so much attention... Being a teacher...I see this everyday.... Thankyou guys ❤
