Liberty University president Dondi Costin EXCLUSIVE interview ahead of $14M Clery Act fine

ABC13's Mark Spain interviewed Liberty University's president, Dondi Costin.
Liberty University is big in the community and is working on growing even bigger.
In the fall, the school reported its annual population of online and residential students was at 130,594.
According to Liberty, that makes it the largest university in Virginia and one of the largest in the nation.
