This motorcycle is a big part of my life. This bike punched so far above its weight. As a 13 year old kid me and my buddy pushed this bike to an honest 100 mph. Jean short, a tee shirt and Converse high top sneakers. No helmet whatsoever. If mom had only know her son at 13 was riding that fast. I eventually wised up and started wearing more gear.
Honda was really catching onto North America when these beauties came out !!
A lot of time invested in getting parts and completing the restoration, looks museum quality!

My dad had a Super Hawk and a Dream both at the same time. The Super Hawk was red and silver the Dream was white. I found a 1966 white Super Hawk a guy had sitting in his garage. I restored it and was shocked to find out this little 305 had a top speed over 100 mph! And was very smooth!
Beautiful vintage classic Honda Streetbike, that I would love to have the opportunity to ride. Would be a perfect bike for a beginner to learn how to ride on. Would also be great for putting around town, to run errands on it. This bike might actually look too beautiful to ride on. Would make a great decoration to put in a man cave.

great bikes, only drawbacks are the gap between 2nd and 3rd gear, and the charging system is only adequate, but the performance is nice the brakes are awesome and you get a grin factor of 10 when you ride it 👍👍
So clean, my wife's uncle has a basket case version of this bike in his barn. Would like to liberate it and try to restore it.

actually, the 250 version came along a couple of years earlier, and made the splash. faster than brit 250s [and some 500's ! ] and reliable with it. great bike, let down by some unreliable rubber. they got that straightened out pretty quickly, and moved on to world dominance.
Have you guys ever purchased any bikes from Fabio? I remember he had a massive collection about a decade ago, I’m not sure about anymore. I bet he’s got some mint bikes laying around

Hard to find parts for those....I'm betting. But would be nice to ride
they made so many, there are tons of spares out and about.. Just need to know where to look.
Great job is that a 180 degree piston arrangement? As the exhaust seems different ? I had one of these 1967 great bike I covered 28000 miles on it , I also filled racing valve springs and would rev to 10500 rpm Min was the 250 CB 72 , all I have now is a plastic model!
I'd take it if it had a sidecar.
My first street race in a motorbike was against one of these, I won in my Yamaha DT 125!
