Peak* is not the same as a prime. She didn't have a prime actually, she had a glorious peak but her voice didn't reach a full, healthy maturation, and by that, I mean she should've been doing her best singing in 1999 when she was in her mid 30s. Because of her habits, she only peaked as a vocalist. We never saw her best singing (if you can imagine that) because it was stifled by cigarettes and other bad habits.
Her voice sounded youthful here, 99 was most definitely a prime for her.
