My dad would take me to Fontainebleu in Miami in the ‘80s, and I thought that was the most luxurious hotel ever. But the Waldorf Astoria is an architectural work of art.

The only reason why there aren't any super talls in Miami is that downtown is directly on the flight path into MIA airport. The FAA severely restricted building heights in downtown Miami. This has only recently been relaxed.

Thats not the only reason maybe. Its also because most buildings are residential.

Convection, meaning their are fans that blow the hot air around more evenly. They're the best ovens for baking.

As long as 90% of the job market are only looking for bilingual workers and the majority of these buildings are 4,000 or more a month, means that many of these new places are marketed to people from Latin American countries and that means that many of these places will be second homes for them, I don't see them taking public transportation to get to work, becuase thats going to be reserved for the many poor people from those same countries that don't need to learn english to come to Miami and work and over saturate the public transportation which is not reliable enough to sustain a fast going population. It will eventually be known as the City of smoke and mirrors. They over hype the city and its potential to keep up with the working class, because the city is only interested in attracting high income earners. It's not a good balance...

FYI .. Unless you are watching this video on a 120" plasma screen while soaking in your gold plated hot tub with a Brazilian model with bolt ons, none of these residences are for you. You will be escorted off property.
