I believe these are some references in their song (I could be wrong about some):
-MJ
-Queen
-Usher (V’s verse in the elevator)
Two things about kissing the hand
1. JK kissed his hand that has his ARMY tattoo, so they are indicating they love ARMY.
2. With the Dance Challenge that ARMY will do/are doing on TikTok, etc. ARMY are kissing their hand and thus.. LOVE YOURSELF!!
Also during RM’s verse the boys behind him are spelling out ARMY. He also is standing between R&M. It is like them calling out arrmmy. (I believe the pause is for them and ourselves to call out ARMY. I could be wrong)

-BTS are literal soulmates mates
They are always trying to comfort and help ARMY.
This isn’t my favorite song but is it is growing on me. In my opinion, if we are just talking their English songs I would say that, I like dynamite better. I like this song a lot though and the more I listen to it I might like it better.
I believe that this song is saying that they are smooth like butter and instead taking about it (because just talking doesn’t get anyone anywhere) they are going to show it, they are going to put actions to their words.
