I use the moisturizing lotion in the morning and use the lightening one at night. I use extract soap the foreign one both morning and night

You need to start exfoliating your body at least 3x a week, it will really help and change your lotion to a moisturizer.

You have to use a separate lightening lotion at night, that's what I did.
I used white glow body lotion only at night.
