Took me awhile too, this one was tricky for sure. So, the clue was the line through the "A". So instead of just letters only letters that could have a line through the middle vertically were allowed meaning symmetrical letters in" PINOCCHIO". I, O, and H are the only letters that satisfy the clue. Every other letter can be excluded. I don't think I had ever seen that clue in this game. Hope that helped.
