- The plaintiff invited the defendant to a party at his house. The plaintiff claims the defendant tore up his lawn on the night of the shindig with his motorcycle, so he's suing for damages. The defendant argues he didn't cause the damage, so he denies owing anything.

Yeah, it's literally the most severe punitive discharge, you have to be convicted by a general court-martial. Even when drugs are involved they usually do a lesser discharge (where they can keep most of their veteran benefits) unless it's serious distribution or w/e. The guy is an idiot lol

Yes he did say, I got a dishonorable discharge & then saying he didn’t get kicked…the way he said it sounded more along the lines of …yeah ok, liar. Personally it sounded like he’d been discharged not kicked out. And yes, I’m a USAF veteran with an honorable discharge.
