I would add that not every instruction by Paul is a command. Sometimes he gave exhortations. Example Heb 10:25 ESV: "not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.". This verse has been wrongfully treated by some denominations as a command to justify opening a church building against public health orders.
