I like your additional lighting and charge packs, and agree hole heartedly the seat is uncomfortable, I have had mine for over 2 years now and yours is the only other I have seen since. Got mine on ebay under the name green leaf, the turn signal switch was broken but everything else like new.

The seat is the worst!
It seems good! I think the stability and safety of E-scooter are of paramount importance, so I favour Alllu VehiGo that features the stable triangular structure.

Anyone know how to get a new rear tire for the Hover-1 HY-HBKE Folding Electric Bike? The company no longer seems to respond to requests for spare parts. Ordered a tire over a month ago and the only way to contact the company is email. They don't reply to emails any more.

Headlight does not turn on & bike is only 1week old. No response on email for warranty replacement or customer service.
What is the range
Did you ever replace that part?? I had the same issue and the part that fell off was just sitting down in the battery compartment, there's no other place really for it to go, yours was or is probably in there too. I reinstalled it back on the mounting pins and shortly after it fell off again just by locking and unlocking the seat. Was there something that Hover-1 told you about mounting it or securing it in place?? Was it only the silicone pad they sent you or was there something else with it??

No - seems to be a manufacturing defect
I ordered a new silicone bumper, i'm sure like the one they sent you and installed it and it fixed it fine. I actually put a little silicone grease on the surface of it so the metal that rubs on it slides better. I have 2 of these now too. My daughter likes riding down by the San Diego bay with me. Their customer service so far has been real good, when I requested the part via email they replied quickly and I had the part in a few days.

I emailed them and they told me they no longer have the part 🙃 I can't find that follow up video you mentioned at the end, is there any way you can show me what that part looks like or tell me what exactly it is because customer service isn't being too helpful lol

Over 1 yr later & has not done a follow up. Makes me think these bikes have fallen apart.
Bikes are still going strong. Only issue has been a loosening brake cable

20 miles per charge? yeah right, i own this ebike , it's battery life is terrible, you get about 12 miles on a good day and the bike will just stop working for no reason even if you have some charge, it left me stranded many times, not a good e bike , if you don't believe me check out the reviews on Amazon, oh and the company will not refund your money if you're not satisfied...way better options out there, good luck!
