I can’t understand what this meditation has to do with M.E crashes……🤷🏻♀️
@rebeccasykes2431 thanks for your feedback. Okay, maybe I need to do another one and explain more clearly the approach I'm taking!
Still Much Focus On The Mental Side ... M.E. (Proper) No Longer In Psychiatric Realm.
M.E. is a real physical condition.
What is clear from research is that stress - including psychological stress, increases the risk of getting diseases to make a sick and hinder recovery.
If you don't think stress is affecting your health and you are one of those people who rarely gets stressed, then that is amazing and I'm happy to hear that.
But that was not the case for myself and for many other people.
The idea that stress plays no part in sickness is ignoring the research.
If you are interested, check out the work of Dr Robert Sapolsky, who wrote a book called Why Zebras Don't Get Ulcers; this will shed light on why we need to health from an integrated perspective.
Wishing you great health.

@@hcs4400 Sorry to hear that.
I got it in 1997 and had it for 8/9 years. At one point I was bed bound. I did get back to work and back to playing sport for hours!
BTW, I have worked with lots of Psychotherapists.
I hope you find answers that help you
Volume really too low
Sorry to hear that. I have just tested it and it was fine my end. Perhaps check your settings - and use a headset if you can. Let me know how you get on. If anyone else has the same issue, comment below. Thanks!
@@MECFSExplored yes volume quite low. Can only listen with headphones...which isnt always possible for me.
Agree with the low volume. You might want to invest in a better microphone as well.
Volume is perfect for me. Especially for the calming effect. ❤
Yes, 🎧 solved it for me 🙏❤
Interupted with ads!
CZcams does that! I have no control over that, unfortunately...
@@MECFSExplored totally ruins the meditation I'm afraid!
@@mirandaandrea8215 ah! Ok, I will look into transferring the meditation to my website, so you don't get the interruption...
