You also have to remember these guys are used to singing while doing a whole lot of moving and dancing...also not ideal for singing, but they might be more used to it than standing completely straight and still. Plus they make a HECK ton of music very quickly which means A LOT of recording...plus having hours of dance practice or rehearsals and performances most days. Probably the last thing they want to do is spend more time on their feet. Talented, hardworking motherfuckers
One thing that Jungkook has really developed over the years is confidence in his singing. He’s more willing to ad lib and play with the melodies and harmonies.

jungkook is credited in chorus not only because he does the backing vocals, but because he sings the demo version of the whole song first before the lines get distributed to other members.

I would like to let you know that the way he is sitting opens up the diaphragm. If you can see that he's not slouching and his shoulders are back; he's sitting tall. This position kind of forces you to sit straight up, therefore opening up the diaphragm. I also often sit in this position during rehearsals, it helps me gain control of my airflow and straight tone. I love the video though, your reactions are hilarious!

if anyone doesn't want to believe this, it's totally possible!!! :D I sit during vocal lessons all the time. some of my best recordings have been from when I was sitting. if you have the same posture you would while standing, how does anything below your diaphragm area matter?? it simply doesn't. it's more relaxing to me and it makes me not try so hard and I can produce a better result, depending:) x ...And really, ppl should have good posture anyway. looks good on everyone ;)

I would like to let you know that the way he is sitting opens up the diaphragm. If you can see that he's not slouching and his shoulders are back; he's sitting tall. This position kind of forces you to sit straight up, therefore opening up the diaphragm. I also often sit in this position during rehearsals, it helps me gain control of my airflow and straight tone. I love the video though, your reactions are hilarious!

if anyone doesn't want to believe this, it's totally possible!!! :D I sit during vocal lessons all the time. some of my best recordings have been from when I was sitting. if you have the same posture you would while standing, how does anything below your diaphragm area matter?? it simply doesn't. it's more relaxing to me and it makes me not try so hard and I can produce a better result, depending:) x
