I started to set the appointment for these,thanks for showing it...i dont like the floor plan....the entry into the home start at a rec room.....then 2nd level has nice kitchen but the living area is way to smalll....then the guess bedrooms are a tad small. I think this is great for a young couple but not suited for middle aged people the stairs are a killer.
i see what they were trying to do but 1. the master isn’t big enough. 2. the others rooms are reallyyy small & its kinda awkward to walk in on a random room. lol i like it but i have to zonk them 4 a few things.
I agree with all of the points. These maybe bedrooms on paper, but I see them as a one bed, an office, and a fitness room. This is a starter for a couple.
This is the kinda of townhouse I'd love to move in. Maybe for a little less though
