They reduced it to 10,000 followers now, so more people can add that feature.

I wanted to subscribe to a famous actor on Instagram, but I was put on the waiting list because it was not yet available in my country. Now it is available, but I cannot subscribe because I remain on the waiting list. is there a way to get off this waiting list and subscribe again?
