I moved from West Park to a custom home in Rocklin by Lifetime. We both love the area. Everything is conveniently located. What I didn’t like about West Roseville was how far it was from the freeway. What I hate about Rocklin is the cost of PG&E. We were shocked. We bought solar after as most houses in Rocklin do. What I love about Rocklin are the views since we sit on a hill. We have views of Roseville, Sacramento, Loomis. July 4th weekend fireworks are amazing. Also the short 20 minute drive to Auburn to golf and mountain bike and 10 minute to Folsom Lake.
Thank you for your insights. Yes the views in Rocklin are great!! With regards to PG&E its definitely high but Rocklin has Pioneer Electric which is supposed to help reduce the cost of PG&E. I have heard both pros and cons with it. Do you have service with them?
