Curious what your hub to guard measurement is right now. Would you be able to share your measurements? Trying to compare it against mine! I'm sitting at 24.5" in the front and 26" in the rear (center of wheel hub up to the lower edge of the fender).

Definitely will need to upgrade those front struts. Spacers are not a good idea. As soon as RC vertex makes 6 inch for your truck I would definitely upgrade! Clean truck tho bro.
truck sits niceeee. Im curious how it’ll hold up off-road. I think another set up that might do rly well off-road but still get you a slight lift is kings for the front and rear with external resi. Even just the 2.5 setup with some after market leaf springs in the rear.
Fully agree with spending less. A cheap $1500 kit that gives the appearance is better than the $5k I spent on the superlift king coilover kit I put on my mom's platinum diesel f150. I did install it myself, so that's thousands saved that could go into better parts, but not everyone can do that install themselves. The one thing I'm always skeptical about it weird brand tired though, I'll wish you luck with those lol.
As a Tundra Fan, I'm completely let down by this new truck....but you nailed the color, I don't think I woulda thought that blue would pop so much. Great job!
@@paulf9653 I have, about two hours worth. And coming from the last Gen Tundra, it's just not good. Turn radius is noticeably larger, and winsheild visibility is worse than before, so two major steps backwards that add up to the truck needing a ton more space to manuever. They shrunk the bed width and depth, two more steps backwards. Shrunk the interior to worst in class and it still has the transmission tunnel hump that completely exacerbates how small the interior really is. So marketing is running a complete scam telling you the truck is bigger, when it's only bigger on the outside. The actually usable space is worse. The tail gate is harder to access then before and its now worst in class for bed egress/ingress. So another step backwards. The new v6s are not getting great gas mileage at all, so we got ripped off there. The hybrid motor was beat out by Fords older hybrid, so the new engines are average at best. Interior/exterior lighting was horrid on the last Gen, and it's still worst in class. And the list of massive missfires, poor quality materials and lack of anything innovative that stands out from the rest of the pack is non existent. Essentially they tried to cover up an embarrassing build with a new shell and some average run of the mill techy stuff that the other big 3 have been doing for awhile..
@@xspower21 turning radius I can definitely agree with. The other things you mentioned I’ve had zero issues with at all. I’m getting over 20mpg which is average or above the competition. The ford hybrid is definitely a better setup. Over all I’m very happy with my new Tundra. I compared trucks before purchasing not stats or paper. The ride quality was hands down better than the ford and my GMC was complete trash. The resale will be better than the big 3 as well.

So I had to take my money elsewhere....but I do hope you get the longevity we all expect from Toyota.
Not sure I’d you say this later in the video but I’m wondering about the ride quality? I have a 3 inch bolt on lift on my Ram and want a 6 inch but the only way I’ll justify it is if it helps with the ride quality. No point in spending another few grand just to be lifted another few inches.
No hate but isn't rough country cheap Chinese crap? I mean the factory Tundra suspension was probably a reputable brand like Bilstien or something right?
Just like stock but very slight difference in the steering wheel. Feels slightly heavier to steer but if I didn’t mention it most probably wouldn’t even notice
Looking really good. I just got the westcott designs 3 inch lift on my 22 tundra with some micky thompson baja boss's on fuel coverts. It's on my channel if you want to check it out
I have the WestCott designs lift too on my 2022. I love how it makes the truck sit perfectly for like sand dunes, no tipping. I did 102 on the fwy just floating.
People are doing spacer lifts on the new tundra because there’s no actual lift kits available right now by big brand companies such as fox, king, icon etc… i feel like people will immediately swap out those spacers for a full blown lift kit when ever that drops.
No body who is even moderately serious about going off road is going to run a spacer lift. They’re fine for pavement princesses but pretty useless off road.
Rad that you're supporting and lifting up a local business!
6in lift was definitely the right call. Looks good
Looks great with the lift I love it.
Yessir - Tundra is looking great!
Truly a beautiful truck
This truck deserves better than rough country
Thank you.. I was starting to wonder if I was the only person who thought that.. 🤷🏽♂️
I have the RC 3 1/2 on my tundra. It rides perfect!
Beautiful Tundra!
Sickest..Good job🤙🏻
Sick truck. I'm going to visit STW soon.
Seeing as the upcoming 4runner and tacoma are being built on this same platform
I’m excited
I know I say this a lot mark , but that truck is badass bro , keep up the good work bud 👍
Thanks bro!
Looking sick brother. Very nice

What is the overall height from the ground to the roof? I’d like to see if it fits in my parking garage.

IM gonna do a 7" on my bronco. should i do 37s or 40s?
Why did you take the mud Splash off I was going to get something similar for my Tundra but I was worried it might start peeling
That bad ass !!!!! Did you get your free mouth piece and helmet with that rough country lift ?!

Almost went with the adjustable King 2.5 but couldn’t justify spending all that on something I wasn’t going to use to anywhere near its full potential
either way it’s got a sick stance and you should be able to have much more clearance for those 37s 🔥

Not sure why. Have actually looked and driven one? Far beyond the previous models. I came from an AT4 and this is a much better truck.

Do u have the link for the 6" lift and also, what are the sizes of the wheels?
are you running that on the stock cv axles?

Are those gauges on the dash and if they are gauges, what gauges are you running? Also, what brand is that gauge pod?
No it’s all stock
Did you void the lifetime warranty on it
Void warranty now?
Rough County? Hopefully they’ve gotten better. Looks good.
They’re decent for an onroad/light to medium duty off-road rig. Would go with something like bds or equivalent if you beat on your rig hard off-road
No they haven't. Just your typical mall crawler crap. Much better stuff out there.
Dude! What does your mom and dad do for a living? Damn you spend alot of cash!
are those 37s?
Looks sick. Needs bigger tires now.
It did cross my mind too 😂
How does it ride compared to stock?

Depends on wants and needs. Not everyone needs the extra performance coilovers offer

37x12.5x20 Kanati mud hogs

How is the cv axle angle ???
Did this void your warranty ?
Only the parts immediately effected by the lift kit
Anyone know the specs on that tire offset? trying to replicate the build on pro 4Runner.

37x12.5x20

so whats the ground clearance now

You don’t need to chop it. It’s held there with two bolts. I believe 12mm can be taken off pretty easily 👍🏻
You need to chop off the cab mounts

just do coilovers
