Excellent information! The addition of starter deck duel has been great for me for completing quests. I can typically get my quests done and get a few wins where I would previously get stomped in normal play queue while trying to complete quests with starter decks.
i think it was good they added in this event for that reason to give a way to have a more balanced match especially earlier on to get used to the cards and the game and not get thrown into fire with sometime what you match in the play/rank queue.
Good advice overall, only thing perhaps to talk about it is playing for ranking. Limited might be tough but constructed is free though can be challenging for new players and while they're not giving out that much, free packs are free packs even if it's just 1 or 2, thanks!
definitly agree there,maybe i forgot to mention it in the video when talking about limited that i do recommend playing games and buying packs if you are newer to the game.
I'm 2 or 3 weeks into the game, haven't played the tabletop version before, but I have already reached platinum in Standard Rank. I'm scared to do drafts because I don't know the game that well yet, so I open packs. Usually how long does it take between sets?
Its about 3 months between set releses.
You may as well do quick draft as you’re guaranteed to walk away with 4 packs even if you don’t win a single game plus you have the chance to come away with more even if you only win 2 or 3 games. Which then works out more efficient than just buying straight packs.
If you complete everything you can't receive more gold until the next day?
yeah there is a daily cooldown on the quests and wins and the weekly wins reset once a week.
This isnt a f2p guide, it's a f2p challenge. I can't explain how extremely annoyed I am that you skipped the entire point of a challenge - building the best deck you can with what you managed to get from the tutorials.
Like... seriously. This is infuriating dude.
