Thank you Egils. A very good video to brush up my by now rusty slow fox techniques. We all need to get on the floor again. What is this "CBNP" (?) you keep mentioning in your videos?
Marc, glad you enjoyed this vedeo. CBMP stands for Counter Body Movement Position, when feet are crossing or in one line with each other.
Good Evening Egils: I am a 73 years old man and I have never dance before. I have started to learn dancing this on September this year. It is rather difficult for me but I am persevered to continue learning. I have been watching a lot of your workshops. I like a lot of the foxtrot music. Actually I am learning Waltz and Foxtrot. Can you tell me the title of the music please? I like the part where you teach the left side and the right side lead. We will stay safe from the coronavirus.
