    I have one. Conned my Dad into buying it in 1977 . Labour Day weekend in Grand Bend Ontario Canada. Sweet red! Rich Corinthian leather !! Dad had a 1970 Dodge Cornet 500 Convertible at the time and I knew he couldn't drive two summer cars at once. I now have the same problem. Have the convertible and the Cordoba and all the amazing memories that come with them.

    The most stylish and beautiful car Chrysler ever made. Loved them back in the day. I still remember seeing one brand new, a light minty green colour with white interior and white vinyl roof. It was a refreshing sight on a hot summer day.

    My older brother was a DM for Chrysler.
    I ordered a '75 with sunroof, leather, power windows, and even a tach. Put in a pioneer deck with headphone jacks. It was $5200. Kept it 4 years, sold it, and put the money down to buy a house. For some reason I can remember the the VIN#. I'm 70 now and can't remember what I had for dinner last night 😜

    I had a '75 Charger (same as Cordoba with different styling) and 2 76 Cordoba's, awesome cars. If you're in the market check the trunk for rust where the leaf springs mount, they like to rust through.

    • @johneckert1365
      @johneckert1365 Před rokem

      Mom's 76 Cordoba popped the right rear spring shackle mount through the trunk floor in the late 80's. The local garage actually patched it back together good, and the repair lasted for thr rest of the car's life (5-6 more years). Somehow she got the town to pay for the repair due to our roads being all ripped up for our new sewer service. Obviously rust was the issue, but the must've gotten sick of listening to her haha

    Very nice Cordobra ,they all were nice. I envy the next caretaker of it. Pros: round headlights and parking lights, T tops, dual exhaust etc. Only minor con is the wiper arm needs adjusting, don't like the tachometer, and doors and trunk gaps need to be looked at, maybe adjustments needed. A sweet ride non the less!
