It's a reserve for rescued cats that have come in conflict with humans. The reserve picks them up. Sometimes they are rescued as cubs and are unable to live in the wild on their own. They handle the feeding.

Can't cheetahs retractable their claws? They have a dews are retractable and blunt claws are sharp. Cheetahs are semi-retractable claws with which they can climb trees or scratches other predators.

This is a reserve where they bring big cats in conflict with humans elsewhere in the country. Many are brought in as cubs and cannot live in the wild. The reserve needs money to keep caring for them, and tourists pay to see the feeding. Think of it as a really large zoo. The people here have been doing this for awhile and likely know what they are doing.
