Maybe you should have used two different cups. People may get confused and think you put both the capsule and the dried herb in one cup of tea. Still good information TY

@@slippersmomma Hi, it did not make me gain weight. I used it for 3 years. It stopped working for me about 3 months ago so now I add about 12-14 drops of Clary Sage Oil to a large tub of Palmer's Coco Butter, rub it on my feet in the morning and at night - it's amazing.

My guess, the capsules won’t dissolve in the warm water. So breaking the capsule will release the black cohosh.
