I loved your motivation video today! It definitely got me moving on! Trying to get projects done today! I think a helpful tip for new baby to come would be good . My tip would be to put spray and wash on top of dryer plus a small plastic bucket to put dirty or spit up clothes in. It gets the stain out and when the bucket is full you can wash a complete load of babies clothes. I used baby detergent. Its helps keeps baby items clean and stain free when you can spray the stains so the stains dont set it the clothing. My kids are 28 and 24 so it's been a few years since I had to think of taking care of the little ones! Another tip is enjoy your time with them because they grow up in a minute!😥😥😥

Lauren once the baby arrives make sure you rest when he rests. Keep things simple. They will sleep a lot in the beginning. Make sure you take time for yourself to recharge once in a while. The house work will get done, but you need to just enjoy these precious first few weeks. It goes fast so enjoy the little moments.
You look beautiful!! Yes my Clorox toilet packs also call apart! They need to go back to the way they used to be!
NESTING TIP...I prepped lots of good homemade meals and put them in the freezer (enough for about a month). It was a god send as we had easy to make meals but they were healthy. So it really helped with our overall tiredness my healing as I ended up having C Section. If I'd not done it I know we would have just ended up ordering take out all the time and probably felt poop from eating rubbish food. Best of luck with everything xxxxxxxx

Make sure that you have lots of frozen meals in the freezer, lots of healthy snacks, and water, so you don’t have to worry about food. Maybe friends and family can bring a frozen meal in loo of gifts. When is he due? Love your channel! 💙
Not nesting, but I would make sure you have gripe water and a heating pad. A heating pad on the lowest setting with a few blankets on top keeps baby cozy when you have to put him down. My MIL made me lots of premise breakfast burritos that I could just heat up and eat and they were a lifesaver when dad went back to work!

Very motivating, yet cozy video. It's been many years since I was a new mom, my boys are 18 and 24. I will tell you to place duplicates of things you regularly use for yourself and baby strategically around the house. Save yourself steps anywhere you can. Accept any help offered. Don't try to it all yourself. Be very kind to yourself. Congratulations on your new season of life!💕💕💕

I actually took some garland that I had for a while and was too bright for my taste now, and I spray painted it with a matte gold. I just did a dusting to you still kind of see the colors, but they are muted.
Lauren you’re so cute and your house is darling. I feel bad watching you light your candles with matches and I’m always afraid you are going to burn yourself! Have you ever tried the long Scripto lighters? I love them for lighting candles.
Lol. I use matches and keep them hidden. Cheaper and last longer. Less appealing to a toddler. They also make long matches if you wanna be fancy
I always use my long lighter. I have since my boys were little.. they are men now! Lol I put it up where they couldn’t reach it.. and honestly…. There wasn’t a lot of candles burning when they were toddlers!

Hello my friend.....yes having the same problem with my clorex wands too. Thought it was something I was doing....love your fall decorations....so sweet your nesting. My advice to you would be to try to nap when the baby is....I was told this but did not listen...was very overwhelmed..trying to take care of my son and the house and my husband...cooking and so on....take time for yourself...and take the help...so very happy for you....God Bless.

Hello ! Just recently started watching your channel and I love your ideas and decor ! I love that cute little diaper caddy that you have for baby Oliver, it's so cute and convenient! Yes, I too have noticed that the clorox wand toilet pods aren't the same quality as before. I thought it was just a bad batch that I had picked up. Looking forward to see what you come up with next. The only advice I ever give new moms (because you’ll figure everything else on your own) is that Velcro swaddles are great and have your baby sleep in a zipper onesie because snap onesies are not fun at 2 am 😂 no matter how cute they are haha
This! After 4 babies (2 singles and a set of twins) this is the best advice. And freezer meals because you will be tired and there will be nights you just won’t want to cook.

Enjoyed the watching:) congratulations on the little one! I’m expecting my third in November and I can’t help but put out a mom tip that for the diaper caddy you can fit more diapers if you arrange them upright and upside down so you pull one out without a fuss :)

I use the Clorox toilet wand too and also noticed the poor quality of the scrubbers. They come apart as soon as they hit the water. Since they are disposable plastic i shouldn't have bought them and may go back to a regular brush.
Freezer dump & go crock pot meals before baby comes. Having those prepared when I had my youngest was so helpful. I also napped when he did and that helped me a lot as well. A diaper caddy with the essentials both in the bedroom and living room was also helpful for me and I pumped every chance I could so that on really tired nights, I would give him pumped breast milk. I do not know about other mommas but these little things worked wonders for me.

Love all your fall decor and are kitchen floors tile or vinyl/laminate look nice?
Don’t sweat the dishes or laundry! They will always be there and this is the season of rest and just soaking everything in! You’ll only be in this stage once (even if you have more kids) so love on yourself ❤️
