Omg! My favorite oil I was looking in the mirror today and my lashes are so dang long lol because I use oils on my face and my eyes and wow! I’ve suggested castor oil to her as well
My body doesn’t handle stress very well. To the point I have stress seizures. A few years ago my hair just started falling out. A very large spot on the side of my head. I freaked out! Went to my doctor. He told me it was stress. So I started taking Ouai hair daily supplements. My hair started growing back within the month. My hair is usually thin, stringy, grows SLOWLY. Not this time. Came back in quick! Started thin, then thicker. Still straight and stringy. Lol. It was SO MUCH BETTER than having to go to the dermatologist and get freaking steroid shots straight into my scalp. Absolutely not. But I have since then bought that same rosemary oil she just showed in the green bottle to help with growth. Also the new cold press ouai oil. 😊 I love ouai. Love! ❤️
Girl I'm only 31 and I developed a huge bald spot a couple years ago on the top of my head and the doctor told me it was due to stress. I had a hard time believing him but luckily it did grow back and I haven't had any problems since. Stress also causes me to have contact dermatitis all over my arms legs and neck. Stress is such a killer! Thank you for sharing❤
You can still use castor oil with fine hair. Just use a few small drops. I used it to help stop androgenic alopecia. It has helped with strength and density (along with supplements, exercise and nutritional changes). Happy hair growing. You look very pretty with short hair!❤🎉
You are not kidding, Ashley .. you're so right, supplements DO work! I have personal testimony of several different vitamins/supplements that have shown a very drastic improvement, not only health-wise, but visually .. my husband and I can actually see it with our very own eyes 👀 IMHO, they are most definitely worth trying. There are so many supplements out there .. I mean, you can pick anything - eyes, ears, hair, any organ, any issue needing help (physical, mental, emotional) and there is a supplement for it. Anyway, this has been my experience .. that I have really benefitted by using them; just my regular everyday health has improved. PSA: It's always a good idea to check with your doctor before you introduce any vitamins/supplements into your body 🙂✌️

Honey Is one of the most naturalist forms of vitamin B and helps restore hair color, makes it silky, helps split ends as well as growth. I do this because I have excema on my scalp, it has helped me tremendously.
