This is in my opinion the best Bewitched episode from the entire series. The way they were able to tackle issues like racism, segregation, and civil rights was a stroke of genius. It’s amazing how one episode from a sixty-year-old TV show can still be relevant all these years later.

I thoroughly enjoyed this scene. Elizabeth Montgomery is amazing and I think she really believes what she says, I mean even outside of the role. It is a Norman Lear scene a few years earlier than All in The Family.
She did have a social conscience in real life too. She was active in causes she cared about.
Yes, I was young when this show was made. I loved her.
Not the only time Samantha brought it to the ignorant. Her "Cry witch" monologue is a masterpiece of writing and acting. Elizabeth Montgomery was such a wonderful actress.
I love the line that the only true blooded Americans are the Indians! 👏😁 and that they wouldn’t be allowed in that club! Brilliantly progressive for those days! 😎👍

@@tia904 I believe that one was written by a group of black students in an English class. It's sad that people today are badmouthing that episode and saying they were doing "blackface" when clearly they were making a statement.

Edward Andrews, the man with the glasses, was in a Twilight zone episode where a car followed him home after he accidentally killed a boy in a hit and run accident.
Each of the main actors from Bewitched appeared in TZ episodes. Both Agnes Morehead and Elizabeth Montgomery played leading characters who never spoke (in different episodes) and they were superb.
