Workflowy as a Simulation Tool

I have been working on creating a board game. Learning about more and more game mechanics I can use to translate the concepts I want to embed in the game helped me understand what I am actually doing when using tools like GTD, Scrum, PARA, Workflowy, etc...modeling a simulation of something in the real world so I can experiement with it, and simulate different ways of structuring and planning before I actually have to do something in the real world. Helpful thought.
