I opened so many of these as a kid, would ride my bike to my local GameStop, wound up with a bunch of Pikachu and Meowth promo cards, and these had great pulls

I'm a huge fan of the EX series cards, the gold stars are some of my all time favorites. I feel they're a more unknown and underappreciated time in Pokémon TCG, really happy to see you open some and hope you will open more EX packs such as Deoxys, Delta Species, Legend Makers, etc!
Swampert, Haxorus, Iron Valiant, Primal Groudon, Shiftry, Zoroark, all shiny. No specific battle synergies or anything, I just really like all of those pokemon

Pull rates on this tin were great. I got a Scyther ex and Hitmonchan ex from it when I opened one as a kid

It's weird that this tin has some great cards, but the other tins in this series have awful pulls. Specifically the armaldo tin.

Awesome seeing these old EX era items! I would definitely have a water / dragon team just out of nostalgia for what teams I made playing the games. With kingdra, salamance, dragonite, flygon, gyarados and blastoise
Love seeing these vintage products being opened by someone who respects and values the hobby! I think my ultimate team would have to consist of Gardevoir, Rhyperior, Empoleon, Vileplume, Gengar and my boy Charizard!

What happened to you Leon? I remember finding your channel about 4-5 years ago. Your channel is what got me back into Pokemon. Nowadays I even make Pokemon content videos because of Pokeytubers like you. I really hope someday you will be able to get back to the point where your just having fun and not asking your subscribers for anything or selling them terrible boxes of pokemon cards. Primetimepokemon has been opening pokemon cards on CZcams since 2008, and I've watched him for over 10 years and he's never sponsored a company ever.
He's not going to have fun with it again unless he makes it not his job. He has to find steady work outside of doing this, and then do this on side, and maybe he'll find enjoyment from it again. But when ur forced to do this stuff for income, it loses its joy. Can't really blame him, but wish he'd take it easy and take a step back for a bit to reassess. It's kinda sad to watch sometimes. You can feel his pain every time he opens vintage packs. Like it's not just the thrill of nostalgia anymore, it's opening vintage bc it gets more views/revenue than modern. Used to see genuine excitement from him, now it's so forced.

Gen 3 is hands down my favorite, and I remember constantly buying packs of ruby and sapphire. And Hidden Legends is still on of my favorite sets. Glad you got to enjoy opening these amazing cards! Oh and my team would be 6 Togepi. What kind of monster would make 6 babies in a row cry.

I'm so sad I lost interest in Pokemon shortly into ex era. Only opened the first few sets. Wish I could go back and care into the crystal guardians and unseen forces days. Would love to open some of those sets. Retrospectively, it's my fav era of the TCG for sure. Gen 3 was my fav in general! I got great pulls from this tin tho as a kid. Wonder how many of them had scyther ex's bc mine had one too

My favorite team will always be from my first Hall of Fame (Pokémon Blue): Kadabra, Starmie, Exeggutor, Blastoise, Farfetch'd and Slowbro. Appreciate your content!

Mad opening, those exs are just the coolest. My ultimate team would be: Hydreigon, Tyranitar, Sceptile, Flygon, Rhyperior & Blaziken
My ultimate team to battle with would be:
Snorlax > its my fav Pokémon
Torterra > Turtwig was my first starter and Torterra was my first Pokémon on level 100
Azumarill > since it got its fairy typing I learned to love it even more and it is adorable
Raboot > I love its attitude and I like it a lot more than Cinderace
Altaria > It is fluffy and good addition cause of its typing
Umbreon > it is my fav from the eeveelutions and it just loooks pretty sick

awesome opening, i love seeing the old EX sets. those were my fav sets to open back in the day. as for my team, i was going to be one of those guys that would comment all legendary pokemon as a team, but i won't lol. it would be; Charizard( Mega Evo X cause that's my fav version of Charizard), Hoopa, Luxray, Lucario, Grimmsnarl and Hisuian Zoroark.

I would use Sylveon my fav pokemon, Mega garnivoir, Flygon I just love it, Primarina the star of my sun team, Cinderace star of my shield team, and torterra also just love it.
Used to play a lot of Ruby and Sapphire back in the days. An epic team was Sceptile, Kyogre, Wobbufet, Rayquaza, Gemgar and Jolteon. At least something like that 😅
Absol and Mawile would always make my team, cannot beat them. And then any combination of the eeveelutions! All perfection!

Fighting type Pokémon fan! I love that they can flex powers and abilities needed to fight the other team . Machamp, Lucario , marshadow, infernape, Urshifu (rapid strike for water move access ) and my last slot would flex between Heracross , hitmonchan , and Farfetch'd. Chan learns all the punches , heracross can use grass type abilities that come in clutch , and fetch has flying move abilities . All grounds covered .
I keep pulling the regular Lumineon V, but not that alt art. Such a fun card. Would definitely put Rayquaza on my team though.
