Just to clarify few things about Power Pages (Portal) 30 days extension:
1. If you have 30 days trial environment, then portal can only be there only for 30 days. You can't extend it.
2. If you have 30 days trial environment and you have requested Microsoft to extend it for few more months. Or if you are Microsoft MVP and you have got access of power platform environment for a year. Then after 30 days, you can create a new portal and link your existing portal's website with new one. By doing this, you can again access your portal for another 30 days.
3. If you have licensed environment and you are unsure about purchasing the portal or only want to install the portal for POC purpose just to showcase of its capabalities to your client, then after 30 days portal expiration, you can create a new portal and link it with existing website without purchasing any portal license.
4. If you have licensed environment and have purchased licensed (subscriptions or pay as you go) portal, however you don't want to pay it for your development environment then keep your portal in PRIVATE mode. By doing this, you don't have to pay any charges for accessing portal.
Once you clicked edit option in power apps, it will show pop up in (open in power pages or open in power apps) , but I am also click the edit option but didn't show pop-up , it will directly open in power pages studio🤷♂
