NICE COMFORTABLE HOTEL BUT HOW ARE THE RATINGS LIKE THAT! CENTRAL HOTEL BANJARNEGARA

I have stayed at this hotel twice. Honestly, nothing disappoints from various aspects. Friendly service, help with check in, bags picked up. It's not noisy either, the parking area is spacious and it's in the middle of the city. The room is also neatly clean and there is an electric thermos. The calculations are complete, the prices are still friendly. Why is the rating on Google Map below 4 stars? Personally, I would give it a rating close to 5 stars. Dulu menjadi hotel langganan saya ketika menginap di banjarnegara sekitar tahun 2003 an,, sekarang kayaknya interior kamarnya sudah ada perubahan menjadi lebih baik lagi dan lebih nyaman
