      Make sure to sleep 8 hrs a day if you make ur study sessions too long you will burn out for sure so remember to take breaks and reduce it 12 a hours a day for studies 👍all the best to start the challenge . I'm also going to start from tomorrow 🎉

      Noo bro daily 100 push ups will lead to muscle injury...if u do pushups one day then in the next day do squats or any lower body excercise to maintain the routine.
