Air lego flight 287
Cause: Uncontained engine failure
Air lego 287 was a regular passenger flight from New York to Ontario. The aircraft was cruising when engine 3 burst into flames, it caused the engine to explode. The fan disk of engine 3 then flew out into engine 4, causing it to explode and it's fan disk to fly out too. The aircraft then started banking to the right, the aircraft then entered a dive, the pilots managed to recover at the last few seconds causing the aircraft to safely land in water.
